Ferrari F40

7 March 2024

RECOVERED TODAY BY ART RECOVERY INTERNATIONAL, a $2.5M Ferrari F40, stolen 24 YEARS AGO outside a hotel in Monza, Italy. This genuine work of art is one of only 1311 produced (and the last Ferrari to be introduced by Enzo Ferrari himself). Negotiations were handled by ARI's Chris Marinello resulting in a highly confidential settlement agreement. "Three sets of lawyers, two signed documents, and one very happy insurance company".

To my member insurers, if you are going to throw out your 25-year-old paper claim files, PLEASE RETAIN DIGITAL COPIES. When it comes to asset recovery, we never give up and will need this documentation to prove payment of the original claim. Sorry, we can't say any more about this case except, YES, I was offered a drive, YES, I am taking them up on it, and NO, my job doesn't suck, sometimes. (0-60 mph in 3.8 seconds, top speed 201 mph).
